SyncFly provides ecommerce integration tools and services, including integrations between Shopify and third-party ecommerce marketplaces, platforms, and services.

1. Information We Collect​

Information from Shopify​

When you install or use our Services with Shopify, we may access and store certain information associated with your Shopify store, including:

  • Store domain and URL
  • Merchant contact information, including email address

  • Inventory information

  • Customer information associated with orders
  • Shipping-related information
  • Webhook and event data generated by Shopify

Information from Third-Party Platforms​

When you connect third-party marketplace or ecommerce platform accounts to our Services, we may access and store:

  • Marketplace listing information

  • Marketplace or seller account information
  • OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens

AI-Generated Content Inputs​

If you use AI-powered features within SyncFly, we may process:

  • Product titles
  • Product descriptions
  • Product images

to generate or enhance listing content.

We do not use customer order information or customer personal data for AI content generation.

Shipping Rate Information​

To provide shipping rate calculation features, we may temporarily process limited destination information associated with an order, including:

  • Postal code
  • Country code

This information is used solely to calculate and display shipping rates and is not persistently stored by SyncFly for this purpose.

Automatically Collected Information​

We may automatically collect certain technical information when you access or use the Services, including:
